Opal Ice Maker - Interior Lights Aren't Working

The Opal icemaker has different light settings, depending on whether you need more light or no light at all. If the interior lights on your Opal are not working, make sure the lights are not turned off. 

  • Models with a round power button (OPAL01GEPKT: Press and hold the front button for 3 seconds. This toggles the Opal between Day and Night Mode.

  • Models with no round power button on front (XPIO13BCBT, XPIO13SCSS): The light feature has three different modes: ON/DIM/OFF. Toggle between the three modes by pressing the light button until you reach your desired lighting mode. 

If the lights still won't come on, contact Opal Support at myopalservice.com or 1-866-907-6718, M-F 8-8 EST. If the unit is working except for the interior lights, you may continue to use your Opal while working with Opal Support.
