Opal Ice Maker - Shutting Off After 5 Minutes

If you turn on the Opal, but it is shutting off after just five minutes, this could indicate a malfunctioning ice bin switch. Make sure the ice bin is pushed all the way into the unit.  If the ice bin is fully engaged and the Opal still shuts off after five minutes, contact Opal Support at myopalservice.com or 1-866-907-6718, M-F 8-8 EST.
