Range & Wall Oven - "Special Features" Settings
Ranges and Wall Ovens have a Special Features ("SF") menu that allows a user to make adjustments to the operation of the oven or controls. The Owner's Manual will provide model specific instructions for accessing the Special Features ("SF") menu and changing the functions within the menu.Accessing the Special Features Menu (Most Models)
Press the BAKE and BROIL pads simultaneously for about 5 seconds until "SF" is displayed in the control panel.Most Common Special Features Options and Adjustments

Temperatures need to be reduced by 25 degrees Fahrenheit when using convection bake. When set, this feature will automatically make this adjustment whenever convection bake or convection cook is used.Auto Oven Shutoff/12-Hour Shutdown
This is a safety feature that will automatically turn the oven off after twelve hours. This feature can be deactivated for religious holidays.Centigrade or Fahrenheit
Optional temperature display selection based on geographic location.Clock Display

Cook and Hold
The oven will automatically go into a 170 degree Fahrenheit mode at the end of a timed cook operation and will hold the temperature up to 3 hours. The display returns to the time of day after set, so this must be set-up prior to the TIME BAKE function.Cook and Hold Oven Feature
