Refrigerator - Keurig® Brewing System - Control Not Working
Refrigerators with the Keurig® K-Cup Brewing System have the ability to connect to the SmartHQ™ app (download for free from the
Apple App Store or
Google Play) through your home WiFi. With these models, if the lights don't work or the dispenser and control panel is not working, someone in the home may have initiated a software update through the SmartHQ app.
Software Updates
Connecting to the SmartHQ app on your smartphone also allows you to receive important software updates when they are available, and will prompt you to update. Updates can take up to 30 minutes. During this time, refrigerator functionality will be lost.

If you need assistance with the software update, the SmartHQ app or the WiFi connectivity of the refrigerator, call the Connected Home Support Line at 1-800-220-6899 (Monday - Friday 9am - 9pm EST, Saturday 9am - 3pm EST), or email

If the refrigerator is not connected to the SmartHQ app or there is not a software update in process, disconnect power to the refrigerator for 30 seconds. If this does not help, we recommend service. For service, please schedule an appointment with
