Amazon Alexa Geneva Set-Up for WiFi Connect Appliances

Geneva, GE Appliance’s voice assistant, works with Amazon Alexa to take GE, Cafe, and Monogram's suite of WiFi Connect Appliances to the next level with hands-free voice controls.

With Alexa and Geneva working together, you can use simple voice commands like: "Alexa, ask Geneva to preheat the oven to 350" or "Alexa, ask Geneva if my laundry is clean." If you have a GE refrigerator with a built-in Keurig® K-Cup® Brewing System, you can say: "Alexa, ask Geneva to heat water for coffee."

You must have Alexa set up before using Geneva.

To get started:

  1. Open the Alexa App.
  2. Click the ENABLE button.
  3. Ensure your WiFi Connect appliance is connected to WiFi and to your GE Appliances Account. For more information, go to
