    • White powder residue or marks may form on the surfaces in contact with water, like the drip tray. These are calcium or mineral deposits and can be removed by using household distilled vinegar. When cleaning white residue or marks on the drip tray, pour vinegar directly into the tray and let it soak overnight.

To prevent calcium or mineral deposits, the drip tray should be wiped dry after each use.
