If your Opal keeps restarting, it is likely starting up, flashing green, shutting off, and then repeating this process until you unplug it. If your Opal keeps restarting like this, it may need to be cleaned.

Cleaning the Opal

1. Unplug your Opal.

2. Flip the switch on the back into the cleaning mode

3. Plug the Opal back in.

4. The display ring should pulse yellow. Press the button.

5. It likely will shut off, then restart in clean mode again, with the display ring again pulsing yellow while it is cleaning.
