Dehumidifier - Not Collecting Water
If your dehumidifier is not collecting water, the unit is not operating properly:
Try resetting the dehumidifier by disconnecting power to the unit for 30 seconds and re-connecting the power. Then, set the control settings and see if the unit operates properly.
If the unit is still not collecting water, please refer to the model's warranty located in the Owner's Manual.
If the unit is out of warranty and in need of a repair, check with local servicers to see if they service dehumidifiers. Please note that there are not repair parts available for dehumidifiers and GE Appliances Factory Service does not service dehumidifiers.
