Range - How to Remove and Install Smooth Glide Storage Drawer
The storage drawer for the range can be removed so that you can clean the drawer, or to better clean under your range. It can also give you access to the power cord in some cases. Below are instructions for removing the storage drawer in ranges with a "smooth glide storage drawer."
Removal Instructions for the Storage Drawer
Pull the drawer straight out until it stops.
Continue to pull the drawer out until it is detached from the oven.
Installation Instructions for the Storage Drawer
Rest the left drawer rail inside the inner left rail guide channel at the bottom and slide it in slightly
Place the right drawer rail inside the inner right rail guide channel at the top and slide it in slightly
Keep the drawer straight (no need to tilt) and slide the drawer all the way in.
