Range - How to Remove and Install Standard Storage Drawer

Most Electric and Gas Ranges have a storage drawer at the bottom of the appliance. There are a few types of storage drawers. This article provides direction on removing and installing a standard storage drawer.

Removing a Standard Storage Drawer

• Step 1: Pull the drawer out until it stops.
• Step 2: Lift the front of the drawer until the stops clear the guides.
• Step 3: Pull the drawer to remove.

Installing a Standard Storage Drawer

• Step 1: Place the drawer rails on the guides.
• Step 2: Push the drawer back until it stops.
• Step 3: Lift the front of the drawer and push back until the stops clear the guides.
• Step 4: Lower the front of the drawer and push back until it closes.
