Wall Oven & Range - Calibrating Oven Using Mini Knob on Control

If your oven's set temperature is too hot, or not hot enough, you may need to calibrate your oven's thermostat. The oven set temperature can be increased or decreased up to 35 degrees by accessing the menu on the control panel.

  • This adjustment will be retained in memory after a power failure and will not affect the broiling or self-cleaning temperatures.

  • On double oven models, the upper and lower ovens will be adjusted separately.

To adjust the oven temperature on models with a Mini Knob on the control panel:

  1. Press and hold the "COOK TIME" and "DELAY TIME" pads simultaneously for 3 seconds until "END" appears on the display.

  2. Turn the mini knob until the display reads "UPPER TEMP OFFSET" or "LOWER TEMP OFFSET" (when adjusting lower oven on a double wall oven).

  3. Press in on the mini knob to see the current feature settings.

  4. Turn the mini knob left or right to increase or decrease the temperature in increments of 1 degree Fahrenheit.

  5. Press the mini knob in to save changes and return to the other features.

  6. Press and hold the "COOK TIME" and "DELAY TIME" pads simultaneously for 3 seconds to exit the Special Features mode.
